Return Policy

• Return window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

• Return condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.

• Proof of purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

• How to initiate a return: Whatapp/Email us with your order number to request a return. We will provide you with a free return shipping label.

• Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

​

• Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please let us know through Whatsapp or in your email. We can ship the new item on the same day we receive the original.

​

• Exceptions: Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Some items, such as gift cards or personal care products, may be non-refundable.
